Mediator Michael Butterworth
Accredited by both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the ADR Group, training originally as a dentist. After 17 years as a general practitioner, became an adviser, representative and trainer of dentists with an international organisation for 20 years, where good communication was paramount. Now specialises in all forms of commercial, civil and community mediation.
Mediator Christopher Croft
Worked in senior positions in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market for 37 years. Formed insurance/ reinsurance consultancy business from April 2006 with an emphasis on resolving disputes.
Accredited Mediator, Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of ARIAS (UK). Panel Mediator to Lambeth Council.
In the last 3 years acted as a Panel Mediator to Lambeth Council settling neighbour disputes in the community.
Has managed a large number of high value commercial mediations as a party.
Mediator Ian Marsh
Ian Marsh specialises in mediating all form of family conflict and disputes over family wealth, including trust, will and succession disputes, marriage/CP breakdown, and disputes over family businesses.
Ian is accredited as a civil and commercial mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is governed as a family mediator by the Family Mediators’ Association.
Mediator Peter John McNamara
Solicitor and chartered civil engineer with fourteen years construction industry experience before qualifying as a lawyer in 1996.
Accredited mediator (CIArb, TeCSA, ADR Group, Clerksroom) and adjudicator (CIOB), named adjudicator in a series of contracts based on the ICE Conditions of Contract and pupil arbitrator. Formerly member for four years of the Complaints and Conduct Commission of the British Judo Association, dealing with a range of disputes and disciplinary matters.

A graduate Chartered Accountant, Andrew is accredited as a civil and commercial mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and as a family mediator with the Family Mediators’ Association.
