Position: - CMGL/IRISC, Head of Reinsurance/Reinsurance Director. This includes the position of Run-off Manager for Lloyd's Syndicates 957 and 1101 since May 2000.). In 10 years had successfully negotiated numerous commutation settlements on behalf of clients with reinsurers and insureds exceeding $500m in value. Also managed at least 20 reinsurance disputes (including arbitration, litigation and mediation) which in the main settled prior to a hearing. One of these cases however being referred to the House of Lords.

Responsibilities included the management of complex reinsurances purchased, including financial reinsurance.

Closing Manager until 1980 then Reinsurance Manager, Director from 1987.
The programs arranged have resulted in the collection of more than $3 billion in reinsurance assets.
