Accredited Mediator, Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of ARIAS (UK). Panel Mediator to Lambeth Council.
In the last 3 years acted as a Panel Mediator to Lambeth Council settling neighbour disputes in the community.
Have managed a large number of high value commercial mediations as a party.

Position: - CMGL/IRISC, Head of Reinsurance/Reinsurance Director. This includes the position of Run-off Manager for Lloyd's Syndicates 957 and 1101 since May 2000.). In 10 years had successfully negotiated numerous commutation settlements on behalf of clients with reinsurers and insureds exceeding $500m in value. Also managed at least 20 reinsurance disputes (including arbitration, litigation and mediation) which in the main settled prior to a hearing. One of these cases however being referred to the House of Lords.

Responsibilities included the management of complex reinsurances purchased, including financial reinsurance.
