  • I commenced my professional career with one of the 'big four' and have spent most of my professional career in practice. My work has given me exposure to high profile national companies dealing principally with audits, investigations and business advice.
  • Subsequent career moves have given me considerable experience in advising small and medium size enterprises (SMEs)
  • Since 2005 I have undertaken over 200 mediations varying in size from £500 to in excess of £27million and ranging from 2 to 13 party disputes
  • On 1st April 2009 appointed to sit on the First Tier Tax Tribunal
  • On 1st September 2009 appointed to sit on the Social Entitlement Tribunal
  • Founding member and Vice Chairman of 'Mediation Solve', accredited mediators on the approved list of suppliers to the National Mediation Helpline providing mediation services to courts in England and Wales
